I purchased this shoe because of the extremely wide opening so my spouse could get them on his swollen feet. As the swelling decreased, the velco straps allowed us to adjust the fit so the shoes can still be worn. My spouse said the shoes are believably comfortable; they are attractive, too. Would definitely recommend them!

I do like the extra width at the toes. Wish it was a little more stylish. Velcro is noisy - but I guess that is all they can use. I am in real estate and sometimes have to remove my shoes when showing a home. Most of the time I can slip them off and on without the velcro.

Reviewer: like comfortable shoes from Pennsylvania Comfortable heel for work. Roomy toe box. Padding and arch support. Comfortable first time worn. I usually wear a 38, 38.5 or 39 in Naot. I first ordered a 38.5 since this shoe came in half sizes. The 38.5 was too big. Wish shoe came in a nude shade.

For decades I have been had a foot problem called "supination", which simply means that I walk on the outsides of my feet. Over a period of time, foot and knee problems can develop. By using special inserts along with the Orthofeet boots, my foot problem has greatly improved!! These boots are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. The thick cushioning material of the boot combined with the wide toe box make my feet and knees very happy. I will definitely order another pair when these wear out!!
