I like this shoe's design. The leather is a bit hard but I am hoping that it will soften up the more I wear it. I like the fact the I can adjust the straps at the top and foot of the boot.

This shoe fits like a glove. entry and exit is very easy, especially for an oldie like me who can't bend down very easily anymore. But the ankle collar is very stiff, this hurts when I stand on an incline or steep bank...I am hoping this will soften a little as I wear-in the boots. The look is very nice, great support, I like the toe rubber as it saved my toes from getting crushed by a dropped rock. (I use my boots for low-stress hiking and mostly heavy duty gardening. The color is excellent and the value was definitely there. I would give this shoe a 5 if it weren't for the overly stiff ankle collar.

Great style, well-designed studs, support. Like pointed tow and lengthened back. So comfortable and versatile. Would be 5 except a little big, needs insert but would never return them since they're hard to find.
