I wear them to work, as I am on my feel all day. I wear them with footies, as this helps take up some of the extra width. The spongy feel of the padding more than makes up for the extra width. I thought these shoes would be comfortable and soft, but they are hard. The peep toes rub my toes, the shoe bed is hard and the sole doesn't have any flex. They did feel narrow enough.
