I picked this pump because the heel height is perfect. It's is stylish without being impossible to walk in. I ordered an 8, but the toe box felt tight. I ordered an 8.5 for comparison, and it fit perfectly. The sole is pliable, so no stiff breaking-in period. I love this shoe. I called my Sister in Colorado, got her online with me, and she ordered a pair too!

This is a very nice looking shoe, perfect to wear with so many things. Have to admit thought they were going to be too tight at first, but after wearing on carpet a bit they were fine. Seems so good to be able to get a narrow in a leather shoe. Fits heel well too. Would definitely buy this brand again.

Hello, I bought the black patent Joan & David Flipppumps in size 12. I am a tall girl but I like high heels. I could not believe I could get these fantastic shoes in my size. Thanks to Joan & David for carrying them up to my size and thanks to Shoebuy for offering them for sale. These shoes are the best ones I've worn so far. The leather is very good quality and the style is awesome. I wore them for entire days since I got them and they are so comfortable I could wear them 7 days a week. They are exactly like the picture.
