Keen Voyageur Mid A little stiff but great.

This shoe fits like a glove. entry and exit is very easy, especially for an oldie like me who can't bend down very easily anymore. But the ankle collar is very stiff, this hurts when I stand on an incline or steep bank...I am hoping this will soften a little as I wear-in the boots. The look is very nice, great support, I like the toe rubber as it saved my toes from getting crushed by a dropped rock. (I use my boots for low-stress hiking and mostly heavy duty gardening. The color is excellent and the value was definitely there. I would give this shoe a 5 if it weren't for the overly stiff ankle collar.

Love these shoes. I have worn Merrell's for years and needed a new pair. Saw these and really liked how they looked. I have other Keen's and figured that I would try them. I read the reviews and bought a 1/2 size larger than I usually wear and they fit perfectly. Felt great right out of the box and wear them all of the time. Great for walking my dog, while out doing errands, etc..

So pretty for a Keen - love my others, but they are a bit clunky and somewhat heavy especially when packing for a flight. The Whisper has fun color combos, great support and fit but less bulk and weight.
Keen Newport H2 Very poor quality

Before had Keen Venice and wore these sandals a year during my travel in South-East Asia. It was ok. But for the next journey i bought Newport H2 and it broke up after 1 month. Tried to repair in Indonesia, but material on the sides of a very poor quality and that was enough for a week.

And not because they wear out.....great shoes. Work for my problem feet. Plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, arthritis....excellent sandals and worth every penny. Growing my collection. I am usually a 6.5 or 7 wide...I order a 7.5 and they are perfect. Even in winter when I walk, with smart woolsocks!! I log 3-4 miles a day walking.
Wears this shoe: Walking for fitness and for general wear.
A little stiff but great.
