Mid heel shoes are any styling of shoe with a mid range heel height measurement. In general, mid heel shoes will have a heel height from around 1 5/8 inches to 2 1/2 inches

I've loved Easy Spirit shoes for their looks, but more for their support! I have plantar fasciitis and need a shoe with a cushioned heel and some arch support. The Kamden cradles my foot wonderfully and I can walk without pain throughout the day. Thank you, Easy Spirit!

Having had bunions and a narrow heel most of my life has made finding shoes difficult at best. When the bunions started getting bigger, it became nearly impossible. This pair of boots not only fit great, I can put my orthotics for an exceptionally high instep in them and still wear them comfortably all day. Wore them all day the first day I wore them, and that's a real rarity for me. Love these boots so much.
