The main reason that I bought these shoes was because I had a ten dollar gift certificate and they were only thirty dollars to begin with. Besides that, I bought them for their really cool colored laces that had the same colored stitching as well which I found to be very unique and stylish. I don't get the red stripe on the bottom, but I don't care because I always thought that black and red always looked good together. They have a semi-comfortable fit and, they are a bit too wide. I bought a size 10. The other choice for color I thought was hideous. The black ones were quite the opposite. I'm happy with them.

I like Chucks, but dislike their cost. The Burnetie Backdrop is an excellent casual shoe that is similar in style to Chucks. The sizing of this shoe seems a little odd to me: I wear men's size 11 All Stars, but I wear a size 12 Backdrop. I will purchase other styles of the Burnetie line.

I bought a pair of Burneties' from shoebuy.com for the first time and I thought that they were a great shoe and at the same time shoebuy.com made shopping online easy and more enjoyable than most cf the other websites around.The color I got the shoes in was scarlet/angel falls size 10.

These shoes have way more support and cushion than I expected from this type/price of shoe. I think they are a little long- not exactly a half size bigger, but the toe is more pointed than square, which could give you extra room if you have a narrow foot or skinny toes.
