Thought being Aerosoles they would be extremely comfortable, they are not. The right seems a whole lot tighter on my toes than the left. The color is VERY dark brown almost black. Will be returning, unfortunately.

I bought these for work since I'm a bartender & we're required to wear at least a 2" heel & open-toed. I'm either a 7.5 or 8 depending on the shoe & usually a normal width. I returned the 7.5 because I felt they were just a touch too small. I wore the 8's to work & was a little disappointed. The front squeezes my toes together & started to make them numb. The balls of my feet are usually the problem, but they weren't any better or worse with extra padding than other comfort shoes that I had.

These were sooo comfortabe straight from the box! Please make more colors. I thought they would feel loose because of the cross strap, but they fit me just right and did not slip or pinch the top of my foot. I wore with regular knee-highs or trouser socks. Not sure how thicker socks would feel though. Worth the price for the comfort.

When I opened the package and put the shoe on, initially, they were very tight and I thought I should return them. I kept them because they were so comfortable and stylish and went well with all types of clothing, jeans, dresspants, etc. I discovered after wearing them they are leather and the material did stretch and they now are my favorite shoe. Great buy, will be a loyal Aerosoles customer in the future.
