These boots are stiff as board, therefore hard to walk in. They are very tight on your feet ( I couldn't wiggle my toes at all!) and my toes were frozen numb after less than 2 hrs. outside on a 30 degree day. I love northface but I do not recommend THESE boots to anyone. I'd send them back but I prematurely threw the box out before I wore them. Very disappointed....

The interior of the boot offers a nice plush fabric that keeps your feet warm in the blistery cold. These look very nice with jeans and khakis. The stitching adds for a nice, clean look. The black is not too dark,,,it is more of a dark smoke color. I've used these in wet and cold conditions and the boots have kept my feet warm and dry. The size is a bit larger than what I ordered, but this worked out nicely with thicker socks. I have narrow feet and this fit just snug, which was a nice surprise because most shoes have a wider width. Naturalizer, in my opinion, makes a much narrower shoe in general.

These are great looking boots...very trim and neat looking. I've only worn them once, but so far they seem comfortable although they could use a softer insole. They're a bit loose in the heel, but otherwise, they fit good. I went up a half size because I intend to wear heavy socks with them and I'm glad I did. That will probably take care of the heel problem. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.
