This boot is beautiful but the croc at the top is not leather though (the rest is). Also, the circumference is probably closer to 14 1/2 - 15 inches. I have VERY slender calves - around 14 inches - and they look good with dresses and aren't too loose. BUT I thought they'd be tighter. These are not as comfortable as the Sofft boots that I own with the same heel height but close enough and I'm wearing them right now in the office. It is around 3pm and my feet are just now started to feel the 3 inch heel (which by the way, the heel is 3 1/2 inches high with a 1/2 platform) for a 3 inch heel net - not 2 3/4 as stated in the description).

These booties are so comfortable...like walking on clouds! I am a teacher on my feet all day, and even on my first day of wearing them, my feet felt great! I bought them in burgundy, size 10. I typically wear between 9.5 and 10. They are perfect! I've worn them out and about on the weekends, too! They are multifunctional and so cute! I have received lots of compliments on them.
