I am an orthopedic massage therapist, and I recommend these shoes to many in my practice. They help those that walk on the outside of their feet to learn how to walk more in the middle and stretch the insides of their legs. This is particularly healthy for runners, who usually have this problem. I work for a personal fitness trainer, who runs a studio, and I am trying to get her to try them. I sure hope she does, she won't be sorry!

I first ordered the Kalso exerwalk hoping it would fit well and I wasn't disappointed! So now I'm on my 2nd pair. I work at a nursing home and on my feet for 8hrs or more. There is plenty of room at the toe which has been a problem with other brands. The negative heel takes the pressure off the ball and toes. Thanks for the reasonable prices too. It does take time to get used to the way they feel as I walk and now love them. VERY COMFORTABLE!!! I did order 3rd pair now.

Overall shoe is satisfactory for my workouts. I would not wear the shoe on daily basis. I really do not feel shoe is stylish enough for daily wear. It is comfortable for a short period.
