As soon as I opened the box, I knew the shoes were going back. They were black, not the navy blue I had hoped for. You can see only a slight bluish cast in very strong light. However, delivery was quick, and returning them unbelievably easy. Even though the shoes didn't work out, it was a good customer experience - so good that I am going to reorder a different shoe, one that is a better choice.
