I work in a wet underground mine and wear these boots 8 to 10 hours a day. I walk an average of 3 to 5 miles a day and good boots are a must. These boots last longer than any other boot I've worn. They last 6 months and while that may not sound like much most other boots I've tried only last 2 to 3 months at best and I've tried many other brands. If you need a good long lasting pair of rubbersteel toe boots you can't bet these LaCrosse Meta-Pac.

This is a great boot! Very comfortable and stylish. I wore these to an workevent that had me on my feet all day long and my feet were still happy at the end of the day. The shaft circumference is a little larger than I typically prefer but not so great that it looks like I'm wearing someone else's shoes.

Lovely style. Classy boots I will enjoy but the zipper is problematic - very stiff. Will require careful finesse to not damage it. I added a little beeswax and hope it relaxes a little over time.
