Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width I've oredered 2 pair of Unstructured, the Birch and the Maple style. I have Raynaud's and Neuropathy in my feet. That's nerve damage in laymans terms. It's the only shoe brand and style(Clarks Unstructured) that I can wear that my feet don't go completely numb in. I can shop for much longer and walk much much longer than I can in regular brand shoes including posted diabetic shoes. These shoes keep my feet from getting that hot burning that comes from other shoes that have no air flow, and that inclueds air flow tennis shoes or memory foam. Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width This is one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I wear custom orthotics have very bad feet due to arthritis. It is so hard for me to find shoes that are deep enough for a comfortable fit with my orthotics-these are wonderful. They have a great removable insole. I could wear them with just that insole in there I think. But its nice to know there's room enough for my custom. The leather is gorgeous and soft. Wears this shoe: Will wear it almost every day.
