These are honestly the most comfortable work shoes I have ever had. It's like my feet are on vacation. No pinched toes or sore soles even after wearing them for the first few weeks. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

The shoe is much lighter for the 14 hour shifts, however not as slip resistant as others that we have purchased. I will go back to the one I was buying before.

I like the feel of a boot with out the 8" rise. It makes switching from driving in work boots to casual shoes much easier. They're very comfortable. Took about a week to break them in.
