I utilize this for my job! I carry my laptop, a couple of log books, some service literature, a mouse, several jump drives and occasionally a bottle of water or some peanuts. I still could carry more, however no one likes a heavy backpack!! With several layers of pockets and plenty of room it's a nice bag. My only concern is that my 14" Dell just barely fits into the laptop sleeve and the velcro strap could be just slightly longer. The handle and straps are comfortable and feel solid.Overall a nice bag!!!
