This is my third BAM BAG since about 2005/6. It has a great look (not too sweet) and, I discovered, frequent compliments. The zippers eventually wear out--which is to be expected especially since this is the bag I use everyday through all seasons. If I had a criticism it would be that the zippered inner pocket should be made from more durable materials (i.e., thick cloth, maybe). Also, they should offer the option of buying the nylon strap as the chain easily slips off the shoulder. Also, if the chain had hooks then one could change them back and forth according to need.

This purse is very versatile for work or casual, I like the zipper detailing and have gotten alot of compliments on it. The chain gives it a cool edge only its kind of clanky and can be a bit noisy setting down., Overall, it's a cool unique purse.
