The urban backpack can be worn as a sling bagg, or unzip the straps and reattach them to make a comfortable backpack. There are outside zippered pockets on both the front and the back, and the contrasting color inside makes it easy to find whatever you are looking for.
Unzip the sides and this bagg opens completely to reveal two zippered pockets, a cell phone pocket, lipstick and pen holders and even pockets for ID and credit cards.
The sides are gusseted to keep items secure. Made of lightweight, water resistant crinkle nylon.

I've been purchasing this style backpack for the past 7+ years (having bought 4 of these backpacks). I have noticed that the quality of the materials (zippers, straps, nylon, etc.) has been getting worse over the years. It's still a good backpack that is not too bulky and yet can hold many things. However, this past purchase, the zippers are very "sticky", and I can't seem to fit as much in the front small zippered pocket as my previous backpack. This is a great choice for traveling as well as mothers of young children.

I was looking for a backpack style bag that was both stylish and functional; this does the trick. Typically I carry a wallet, eyeglasses case, and a couple other small items in the main pocket of the bag. Happily, my travel coffee cup also fits in the main pocket to carry home at the end of the day. I use the zip pocket on the backside to carry my phone so I can feel it "ring" when it buzzes and I can easily reach it. That pocket will also be helpful in avoiding pick-pockets when I travel. I am very happy with this purchase.

Great color, size and fit. A loop for a key ring would have been nice. Fit nicely into carry-on backpack; took out once I arrived to used as purse.

I bought this bag for a trip we will be taking this summer to the Virgin Islands. The bag seems well constructed. I like that it is light weight and has lots of pockets inside for organizing credit cards and IDs. It will also be great for hauling around my camera and phone. I plan on buying two more in different colors for my daughters. Overall I think it will be great for travel. As a professional, I don't find it dressy enough to use as an everyday bag. I feel a back pack bag would be too causal, but someone in a different line of work might like it as their go to every day bag.
