Almost like walking on air!

These boots are light. They almost feel lighter than my Nike running shoes. They are comfortable. I wore this for 7 straight days at Burning Man. I wore it during the day, in 100 degree heat. I wore it at night in 40 degree weather. I probably walked 5 or so miles each day, sometimes more. And through it all, I almost forgot that I had boots on. The zipper rocks. Putting on and taking off the boots was a 10 second affair. No messing with the laces. I didn't really like the velcro thingy at the top of the boots. Supposedly that's required to keep the zippers zipped up. I haven't experimented with tucking them away, so I don't know how critical those velcro straps are, but I do know they just got in my way of taking off my boots. Dust proof and (mostly) water proof - nothing, NOTHING, got into the boots. Playa dust, if you know of it, is super fine, and gets through even the smallest cracks. But at the end of a day of walking several miles, my feet and socks were pretty much dust free. I only got some water in my boots when I got doused with water while they were still on. Overall, a great buy for the price!

The boot can be worn all day in very hot and dusty conditions such as those out on the playa. They are super comfortable and very light to walk or jog in. Great for dancing all night in the desert. True to size and width. I can get in and out of them using only the side zipper. If the mid part of your foot is tall or if you have a thick ankle then you may need to loosen the laces first.
Wears this shoe: All day and night on the playa.

I thought the boots where a great fit right out of the box. I have no complaints. I bought the boots for the price and did not expect them to be so well made and comfortable. I will be buying another pair for sure. I walk daily and work these boots very hard and they have held up to my abusive use very well.

Great Shoe

I have an 11.5 M foot, ordered the wide and it fit perfectly and if you happen to be more than an M width the shoe might not fit or be snug. The shoe can be hard to zip up if you do not untie the shoe but I was able to do this with a little bit of effort. The zipper makes it easier to slip your foot in and out. The shoes are much lighter than I am used to so that is a plus.It is harder for me to find shoes that fit since I have a broken foot and ankle. But these help support my ankle so it's not as sore after the day.
Wears this shoe: I am basically in them all day.

I volunteer as an EMT once a week. I bought these boots because I wanted to be able to pop out of bed (when a call comes in) and slip into the boots, zip them, and be ready to go (without messing with laces). Unfortunately the slip-and-zip plan didn't quite come to fruition. The zipper makes it easier to slip them on, but I found that loosening the laces is still required. Other than that disappointment, these boots are very satisfactory. I've had them on for 14 hours at a time without discomfort. There was no breaking-in period: they were comfortable right out of the box.

Little bit narrow

I thought the boot was maybe a little too light, but I'm used to wearing a combat boot. Comfortable straight out of the box, but even a regular width foot should buy a half-size wider. Toe protection seems good for a tactical boot. Good for the streets, but I wouldn't wear them in the bush.

I am very happy with the boots, they are comfortable and feel good. Overall a good comfortable boot that will stand up to a 12 hour shift.

These are great light weight boots for summer. I have narrow feet (B heel and A instep).I put a pair of insoles in them and they fit perfectly after I tightened the boot strings. Love them!!! Thanks Shoe Buy.

These boots are comfortable, light, and make my big feet not look so big. They are holding up so far. I walk for miles in them each day delivering mail. If they hold up (as I expect they will) I will order another style for the summer months.

Beware

The boot sounded good. I slipped the boots on and was impressed with the "blind" fit. But after 1 day of simple work in these boots they told a different story. The stitching inside the boot was was coming apart. Within 1 week the boot lining has come apart. Stay away from this boot!
