From the bottom-up, the LITESpeed series is loaded with features designed to enhance on-the-job performance while increasing overall foot comfort.
Features an 8" shaft with multi directional lug soles. Leather and airmesh upper and flame laminated aero-spacer lining.
Slip, oil and acid resistant, non-marking rubber outsole and compression molded EVA midsole. Molded ankle reinforcement, lace to toe upper design and stealth hardware with no metal.

My ankles never hurt when I wear them either. :} Definitely summer boots; My feet are never warm when outside long term in them when winter comes around. No break in. :} Also, people sometimes think they're very nice shoes instead of boots (if I don't tuck my pants in) so I can wear them everywhere.
