Our issue boots are darker. I'm concerned that the trim where the sole and upper meet is coming away. They are still a good boot. Wears this shoe: Whenever Im in uniform.

The major problem with this boot is that it started hurting the upper-rear of my ankle. Also, the boots are made in China. I bought these boots because I liked the style, saw that I could use them for running and hiking, and because I thought it was made in the U.S.A. I think my next pair of boot will be Danner.
