Ambulator Active Walkers is a unique line of "off-the-shell" shoes designed for comfort and protection, featuring hidden-depth rocker soles and removable Anti-Shox Comfort Orthotics.
The moisture-wicking, foam backed fabric lining cushions the foot and provides protection for those with diabetes, arthritis and forefoot disorders such as bunions and hammer toes.
Light-weight construction helps provide maximum comfort.

These fit the bill because they have Velcro straps and are easy to put on.To my surprise they are very comfortable and I will buy another pair when I need them.
