I've had lots of major surgery in the past on both feet, and I can tell immediately if a shoe is good for me and comfortable. These shoes are so soft and roomy enough with medium weight socks. Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width It's not often I can buy a shoe without first having to break them in until they conform to me feet. The fact that these shoes do not have seams on the sides and that the shoe ties to fit the foot is a very positive feature for my wide feet. The sole could be a little thicker but next time I will order one size bigger and put an insole in them. Wears this shoe: Running errands and shopping.
