The heel portion doesn't fit that well, and slides up and down, causing discomfort. I don't think a smaller size would be the answer; it's just the design. Will probably return these.

I have to have comfy shoes because I work with children, and I am on my feet most of the day. This shoe is also nice enough to wear in a more dressier situation. It was true to size.
