They are the most comfortable shoes ever. I have never had a pair of their boots until now and the day I wore them, I had no problems. They were soft and very comfortable. I love that the shaft around the calf area of the leg isn't super big where it sticks out off my leg real far, a problem I have found with many other tall boots. Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width I've had a lot of disappointing boot purchases, but this one so far has not been one of them. The boots look great for both professional and casual settings with a clean, streamlined look and no extra random things. The heel is probably a half inch higher than I would prefer, but I can live with it. I find it a bit too tall to wear them all day every day--my feet feel tired. The calf width is advertised at 13.5 inches, but it looks and feels slightly wider to my 13 inch calves, making it look cleaner over leggings than over nylons.
